As we enter the New Year, it is a common time to reflect on the past year and evaluate what you want the year ahead to look like.  For some that could mean a change in careers.  In Forbes, Mike Bundrant writes an interesting article entitled “Changing Careers: Signs You’re Ready For A Change, And How To Make It Happen“.  In the article he identifies that 59% of working adult respondents and 73% of thirtysomething professional respondents are interested in changing careers.  He also identifies some of the reasons why people want to change careers such as burnout and loss of interest.  He also presents some great questions to ask yourself if you are considering a career change.
